17.40 – 21.00 European Fair - participants will bring with them some snacks to
introduce their country (sweets, biscuits etc.) and/or some
souvenirs to intoduce their institution and will have an
opportunity to start getting to know each other.

10.45 – 11.15 Presentation of participants (first part)
11.15 – 12.15 Excursion in TV Tower (in 2 groups)
12.15 – 13.15 Presentation of participants (second part)
13.15 – 14.15 Lunch at TV Tower restaurant on the 22 floor
14.15 – 17.30 Division into groups: looking for partners with similar interests and start of working groups: identifying needs and challenges
(16.00 coffee and snacks available)
17.30 - 19.00 Bus ride back to the hotels and leisure time
19.00 – 21.00 Buffet dinner at the hotel Europa restaurant Baarle (I floor)
